The primary rule behind the P90X Workouts is “muscle Confusion” where new exercises are developed so as to challenge the body and develop new muscles. The program comprises of a four-week P90x schedule with the initial weeks quite challenging. All the exercises are to be done in 90 minutes and six days a week at least. The last week is known as the week of recovery where the muscles are left to adapt to the new environment and they are left to adjust themselves to come to their optimum efficiency.
